Hi I'm 17 from Chicago. I have always struggled with my self asteem. I've never been truely overweight, but I was heavier at one point. Highest Weight:138, Current Weight: 116, Height: 5'3. My mom is 300 pounds and my dad is over 200. I'm doing this because I realized that it's time for a change. If I dont want to end up like them I need to make an effort to prevent it. I was just thinking about how I’m having a hard time getting motivated for the gym this morning, but this just did it for me. I want nice legs and booty so bad.
I got this workout from a magazine and made it into a graphic! I do it all the time and it’s a real workout I am always dripping sweat afterwords!
